Real Estate Broker

Bill, a senior real estate broker associate, joined the Ramsey Agency as co-owner in 1969.

In 1974 the agency incorporated and renamed Ramsey-Weeks.

Bill earned a BA degree from Simpson College, Indianola, Iowa, in 1950, and a masters and Education Specialist degrees from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa, in 1958 and 1966 respectively.  For 12 years Bill served as principal at both the junior and senior high schools in Grinnell.

For 40 years, Bill has been involved in all facets of the local real estate market—residential, commercial, land development, farms, acreages, business opportunities, and property management.
