Karen, who was raised on a farm south of Grinnell, joined Ramsey-Weeks in 2003 as a receptionist and real estate closing agent. Prior to joining Ramsey-Weeks, Karen worked for the Dick Davin Real Estate Agency in Iowa City, Iowa as the real estate closing agent and office manager.

Prior to joining Ramsey-Weeks, Karen worked for the Dick Davin Real Estate Agency in Iowa City, Iowa as the real estate closing agent and office manager.

Karen’s husband Bill is also a native Grinnellian and is a local attorney whose office is in Grinnell. Karen and Bill have two sons, Patrick who lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Peter, who lives in Des Moines, Iowa.
