To report a claim, please call our Claims Manager, Char Bailey, at (641) 236-3141 during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to noon on Saturdays).
For your added convenience, the following insurance companies have toll-free claims reporting numbers that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year:

NOTE: If you do use the toll-free claims reporting numbers, we ask that you also call our office to let us know you have reported a claim directly to the insurance company. This will allow us to assist you and the insurance company in the settling of your claim as quickly as possible. |
