Rick Ramsey, Chairman of the Board Emeritus, has lived in Grinnell nearly all of his life and has continously supported and participated in the civic life and economic development of Grinnell and the surrounding area. Rick is licensed in property and casualty insurance and also life and health insurance.

Darcy joined Ramsey-Weeks in February 2000 as a full time personal lines sales associate and customer service representative. She became the personal lines insurance manager in 2005.
