Karen, who was raised on a farm south of Grinnell, joined Ramsey-Weeks in 2003 as a receptionist and real estate closing agent. Prior to joining Ramsey-Weeks, Karen worked for the Dick Davin Real Estate Agency in Iowa City, Iowa as the real estate closing agent and office manager.

Bill, a senior real estate broker associate, joined the Ramsey Agency as co-owner in 1969. In 1974 the agency incorporated and renamed Ramsey-Weeks.
