The day that the hail storm hit Grinnell in early April 2010 was the day that we brought our infant daughter Reese home from the hospital. We spent her first night at home, along with her 2-year-old and 4-year-old brothers, with no power. We had phone calls within 24 hours regarding the damage to our home and vehicles, and we had an adjuster here within days. I wanted to take a few mins out to say how impressed I am with Collin Swick. I transferred my personal lines over to Nationwide from State Farm earlier this year. Not only did Paul Pohlson and Collin save me over $300 a year, but provide me with GREAT services. As an agent myself, I combed thru the policy and they helped me add on additional coverages that was not provide in my previous policy. Since we have taken out the home & auto policies, Collin has check up on us at least once every three weeks, where my previous agent’s staff would only reach out to me at renewal.
Last week I was in an accident, I texted Collin about 7:30 in the morning stating that I was in an accident and to give me a call when he had a chance. He called within minutes to check on my daughter and myself. He walked me thru the claims process and made it easy. The claim adjustor called me within a few hours. Collin went out of his way to called/texted me at least 6 times last week to just check in and see how claim was going.
