Paul Pohlson

Vice President

Paul, a vice president, joined Ramsey-Weeks in October 1981 as a full-time insurance sales associate. Paul believes in a sales approach that educates the insurance customer about various insurance products and then offers assistance helping that person make an informed decision about his particular insurance needs. Paul follows a soft sell approach in working with customers.

Jim Ramsey

President

Jim, President of Ramsey-Weeks, joined the agency in January 1998 as a full time real estate sales associate. Prior to joining Ramsey-Weeks, Jim worked for a commercial real estate development company in Knoxville, Tennessee, as a financial analyst and assistant property manager. Jim is currently working with commercial lines insurance products.

Dustin Smith

Financial Services

Dustin joined Ramsey-Weeks in March 2006 as a full time financial advisor. His addition allows us to offer a full range of financial services and investment products to our clients.

Kevin-Kolbe

Real Estate Broker

Kevin joined Ramsey-Weeks as a full time real estate sales agent in March 2003 and is currently the managing real estate broker.
