Karen, who was raised on a farm south of Grinnell, joined Ramsey-Weeks in 2003 as a receptionist and real estate closing agent. Prior to joining Ramsey-Weeks, Karen worked for the Dick Davin Real Estate Agency in Iowa City, Iowa as the real estate closing agent and office manager.

Darcy Swick

Personal Lines Manager

Darcy joined Ramsey-Weeks in February 2000 as a full time personal lines sales associate and customer service representative. She became the personal lines insurance manager in 2005. Rick Ramsey, Chairman of the Board Emeritus, has lived in Grinnell nearly all of his life and has continously supported and participated in the civic life and economic development of Grinnell and the surrounding area. Rick is licensed in property and casualty insurance and also life and health insurance.

Lori is a licensed agent in personal and commercial insurance lines and enjoys her position of Commercial Lines CSR.
